Specifications and Purchase Policy:
▶️To correctly quote your order, it is necessary to include the following information:
- Quantity and product description.
- Exact address with references.
- Name and phone number of the contact who will receive the order.
▶️The minimum order is $1,500.0 pesos.
▶️The minimum purchase of a product is 1 kilogram.
▶️For wholesale pricing, the minimum purchase is 5kg per product.
▶️Payment information is included in your purchase order.
▶️The quote is valid for 48 hours. If more than 12 hours pass between delivery of the quote and payment of the order, please confirm product stock availability before making payment.
▶️The order takes 3 to 5 business days to process.
▶️Once the order is shipped, we will send you your tracking guide so you can track it.
▶️In case of exchanges, returns, or clarifications, you have 4 business days after product delivery.
▶️Please verify that your delivery information, quantities, and products are correct on your purchase order before making payment.
▶️For your order to be processed the same day, you must make your payment before 3pm.
