PANCAKE RECIPE WITH AMARANTH FLOUR

I share this delicious recipe with you, it’s easy, in my case I use pans that withstand high temperatures in the oven, so I don’t need a special fret, but anyone can prepare it and pamper family like this.

Preparation time 40 min

Take note of the Ingredients.

FOR THE FILLING:

140 g of Cream Cheese 

1 ½ tbsp. of sugar that you prefer, I used stevia.

FOR THE PANCAKE:

½ tza. of sugar

3 pcs. eggs

90 g of melted butter

½ tza. of milk

½ cdta. vanilla

½ cda. of Royal

2 cups. of amaranth

¾ almond flour

¼ tza. of ground oats

as a tip….., if you want me to fluff…, add a yeast clue to the mixture.

The preparation

We beat the egg and sugar until fluffy, then we add the melted butter, little by little we add the milk with the vanilla until everything is integrated.

We mix the amaranth, almond flour, oats and rust and add to the previous mixture.

Pour into a previously greased and floured pancake pan.

Inject the cream cheese with the help of a apple.

BAKE at 180°C for 30 min or until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.

REMOVE from oven, let cool.
